<h2>DESCRIPTION</h2>

<p><strong>ACRYLIC SEALER Product #80 (formerly known as Epoxy.com Product 
#239)</strong> is a clear acrylic solution formulated to create
a clear, non-yellowing protective coating. 

<b>Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER</b>
provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that effectively protects surfaces from
moisture penetration, staining, dirt, dust, and wear. Providing a surface that is easy to
clean and maintain<b>, Epoxy.com&nbsp; Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER</b> is an excellent choice for
both interior and exterior applications.</p>
<p class="style3">
<b>Epoxy.com&nbsp; Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER</b> is most commonly used as a sealer for <b>
Epoxy.com Epoxy Terrazzo </b>and <b>Epoxy.com Polymeric Terrazzo</b>
flooring systems. It is also used for sealing old and new concrete floors, 
Concrete Countertops, exterior ramps,
decks, sidewalks, slate, and exposed aggregate surfaces.</p>

<h2>APPLICATION</h2>
<h3>SURFACE PREPARATION</h3>

<p class="style5">Prepare surface in accordance with <b>Epoxy.com, Technical Bulletins</b>. New
concrete must be cured at least 30 days. All concrete curing compound must be mechanically
removed, along with any foreign material Old concrete must be structurally sound and
prepped according to guidelines.</p>

<h3>MIXING INSTRUCTIONS</h3>
<p class="style5"><b>Epoxy.com&nbsp; Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER</b> is a single component acrylic solution. Stir
material in container prior to application. Do not reduce.</p>

<h3 class="style4">INSTALLATION</h3>
<p class="style5">Apply by roller, brush, or applicator pad. Spread at an even rate between 300 and 500
square feet per gallon. Two coats are recommended for sealing applications.</p>

<h2>CURE</h2>
<p class="style3">Re-coat in 2 to 4 hours at 70<sup>0</sup>F with 50% RH. Low temperatures or high
humidity may significantly increase cure time. Do not open to light traffic for at least
24 hours after application </p>

<h2>CLEAN-UP</h2>
<p class="style3">Clean tools with Xylene or lacquer thinner.</p>

<h2>MAINTENANCE</h2>

<p>After completing the application of <b>Epoxy.com&nbsp; Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER</b>, the
installer should provide the owner with maintenance instructions. If floors become
slippery due to animal fats, oil, grease, or soap film, promptly remove contaminants and
rinse thoroughly.</p>

<p class="style3">Epoxy.com&nbsp; Product #80 ACRYLIC SEALER is easily cleaned with neutral soaps or
detergents. Routine mechanical scrubbing is recommended for all surfaces having a non-skid
texture. Waxing is optional. Long periods of heavy traffic may cause wear patterns
necessitating a maintenance application of a finish coat.</p>
