<p><strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007</strong> is a 
two component, 100% solids epoxy resin system designed to bond new concrete to 
old and other materials to concrete. It has a convenient 2:1 mix ratio, by 
ASTM C-881-90, Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 2, Class "B" and "C"
volume with a viscosity similar to heavyweight oil. <strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007 </strong>(adhesive) exceeds the requirements of ASTM 
    C-881 Type II, Grade 2, Class &quot;B&quot; &quot;C&quot; &quot;D&quot; and E.</p>

<p><strong>Epoxy.com Product #2007</strong> is typically supplied and used in larger volume applications. 
As a practical matter, projects generally require a minimum of  30 gallons of material.</p>

<p><strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007 </strong>

<h2>APPLICATION</h2>

<p>When <strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007</strong> is used as an adhesive, bonding new concrete to 
existing surfaces, coat the existing area (concrete, steel, aluminum, wood) at a 
rate of 100 square feet per gallon (9 m2) on smooth surfaces, 60 square feet on 
rough (6 m2). Apply topping while <strong>Epoxy.com Product #2007 All Purpose Epoxy 
Bonding Agent </strong>
(adhesive) is tacky; if dry, recoat.</p>
<h3>Coating</h3>
<p>When <strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007 </strong>
&nbsp;is used as a protective coating, apply the material at a rate of 200 square 
feet per gallon per coat (8 mils) (19 m2/3.79 L -or- 5 m2/L).</p>

<h2>MIXING</h2>
<p>Stir Component &quot;B&quot; thoroughly before combining with Component &quot;A&quot;. Combine 2 
parts volume of Component &quot;A&quot; with 1 part by volume of Component &quot;B&quot; for not less 
than (3) three minutes, using a slow-speed drill motor (300 to 600 rpm) and <b>
Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle</b> for a uniform gray mixture. Scrape sides and bottom. 
Avoid entrapping air in mixture. Apply immediately after mixing to properly 
prepared surface.</p>
<h2>APPLICATION</h2>
<p>Surface must be clean and sound. Remove rust, grease and curing compounds by 
best means available. <b>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007</b> 
may be applied to dry or damp surfaces, but not in standing water. Apply by 
brush, roller or spray. Place fresh concrete while <strong>Epoxy Fresh Concrete to Hardened Concrete Adhesive #2007 </strong>
(adhesive) is still tacky. If epoxy hardens simply apply another coat.</p>

&nbsp;to surfaces with a temperature below 50&deg;F (10.0&deg;C) prolongs cure. Do not use if 
surface temperature is below 50&deg;F (10.0&deg;C).</p>

        acids and alkalies and moderate against alcohols or aromatic solvents.</p>
