 Polymeric Joint Sealant</b> is a two-component 
	chemically cured polysulfide sealant that provides excellent resistance to 
	bioactivity and the harsh conditions encountered in wastewater treatment 
	plants. <b>

 Polymeric Joint Sealant</b> cures to a flexible 
	rubber that provides a watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, 
	glass, wood, and other construction materials. <b>Product #OSVX572

</b> 
	is available in self-leveling.&nbsp; Use OSVX573 
	for a non-sag consistency.</p>

	<p>Pot life after mixing is approximately 40 minutes at 70�F (21.1�C).</p>
	<p>Initial cure is 24 hours; final cure is 7 days.</p>

	<h3 class="style4">MIXING:</h3>
	<p>Mix entire contents of &quot;B&quot; Component into &quot;A&quot; with a slow speed 
	mechanical mixer for 3 minutes. Mix well until color is uniform. Apply 
	immediately after mixing.</p>
	<h3 class="style4">APPLICATION:</h3>
	<p>Inspect joint slots to assure that they are clean and dry. To maximize 
	bond to concrete, masonry, and steel, apply <b>Product #OSVX572

 Joint 
	Primer</b> 
	and allow to dry. Primer must be used in constant immersion joints. Product 
	#964 may be poured into joint. If you require a gun grade version of this 
	product use OSVX573.</p>
	<p><strong>PRIMER: </strong>If a primer is required use <strong>OSVX JOINT 
	SEALANT PRIMER</strong>.&nbsp; <strong>OSVX JOINT SEALANT PRIMER</strong> is 
	a one component moisture curing primer formulated to improve adhesion of our
	<b>OSVX Joint Sealants</b>. <strong>OSVX JOINT SEALANT PRIMER</strong><b> </b>
	is easy to use and provides extra protection in applications where standing 
	water or submersion will be present. <strong>OSVX JOINT SEALANT PRIMER</strong> acts to increase 
	bond between organic and inorganic interfaces, binding together weak areas 
	and creating a tough surface.</p>
	</font>
	<h3 class="style4">COVERAGE:</h3>
	<p>Each 1.5 gallon (5.68 L) of mixed material will fill 346 cubic inches 
	(5.7L) of joint slot, 115 ft. (35 meters) of 1/2&quot; x 1/2&quot; (12 mm x 12 mm) or 
	57 ft. (17 meters) of 1/2&quot; x 1&quot; (12 mm x 25 mm) joint slot.</p>
	<h3 class="style4">PACKAGING:</h3>
	<p><strong>Product #OSVX572

</strong> is available in 1.5 gallon (5.68 
	L) units.</p>
	<h3 class="style4">LIMITATIONS:</h3>
	<p>Do not install in damp or wet joints. Ambient temperature should be above 
	40�F (4.4�C) at time of application to assure proper curing.</p>
	<h3 class="style4">SHELF LIFE:</h3>
	<p>Six (6) months.</p>
	<h3 class="style4">CAUTION:</h3>
	<p>Repeated or prolonged contact with skin should be avoided; protective 
	gloves should be worn as a precaution. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of 
	eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and consult a physician.</p>
